Early into the hours of the first day of December, Alex Kennedy of Hoops World (a website associated with The Big Lead) tweeted that Lou Williams could possibly be on his way out of Philadelphia.
Now who his sources are remain the question, but it's definitely interesting to note. There's been talks of Andre Iguodala possibly being dealt, Andres Nocioni appearing to be on his way out, and Mareesee Speights potentially on the block, but never has anyone mentioned Williams.
In 23 MPG, Williams averaged 13.7 PPG adn 3.4 APG. Always a shoot-first option, Williams has quietly been improving his game, but has never lived up to his potential.
There's no specific team mentioned as a suitor for Williams, so for now, this is simply just a rumor.

Sixers Nervous of Losing Young
He doesn’t start many games (just one game in the 2010-11 season), but his presence on the Philadelphia 76ers’ roster is immeasurable.
Thaddeus Young, a 23-year old sixth man, is currently a restricted free agent, but has expressed his interest in returning to The City of Brotherly Love. Teams around the league, though, are becoming more aware of Young’s value (12.7 PPG, 5...
76ers management excited to be back
The Philadelphia 76ers kept busy for a team with no games on the schedule. They have new owners. They fired their general manager. They even retired their mascot.
All they needed was players and a season.
The Sixers can return to their practice facility on Thursday for the first time since the lockout began on July 1 for voluntary workouts, pick-up games or a good stretch with...
Can Doug Collins And Sixers Continue What They Started A Year Ago?
Ok, before I start this I know there is not many NBA fans out there any more. Well, I don’t give a Damn! I love my Sixers! Alright, I am done spazing now, I am ok. The lockout could not come to an end at a better time for me. The [...]

Nocioni: “I Play Because It’s My Job”
Philadelphia fans love a hardworking, blue-collared player. They also respect the players that give it their all on every play.
When a player just “goes through the motions,” it’s considered a slap in the face to not only the team, but to the fans.
That is why Andres Nocioni might be losing some support from the fans (if he even had any before).
As I mentioned in a...
Andres Nocioni Says Playing in the NBA is Nothing More Than a Job to Him
This is just a heads up for Philadelphia 76ers fans. If you feel like Andres Nocioni is simply going through the motions every time he steps onto the basketball court, it’s probably because he is. If he gives you the impression that he cares about the game as much as an office worker cares about [...]

GQ profiles the NBA's best dunkers
Basketball and fashion are two of my passions. I especially love when GQ merges them. They just “get it.” This latest spread features some of the NBA’s hottest dunkers in Blake Griffin, JaVale McGee, Russell Westbrook, Andre Iguodala and Shannon Brown. Great accidental timing as the lockout should be officially over shortly and the players need a guide for what...
Westbrook, Griffin talk dunks, wear suits in GQ
Nothing goes together like fashion and dunks. Well… maybe chocolate and peanut butter, but that’s it. Which is why a new photo spread in the pages of GQ goes so well together. NBA players Blake Griffin, Russell Westbrook, Andre Iguodala, JaVale McGee and Shannon Brown talk dunks and get their pictures taken dunking in suits.…
High Fashion Meets High Flying In GQ
Basketball and high fashion never stops! I believe it was Karl Lagerfeld that once said that, and in the latest issue of Gentlemen’s Quarterly aka GQ. Some of the best dunkers in the league posed for a photoshoot dressed to kill or at least dressed to have a featured role in the movie Inception.
