Sales Job Needed

It seems to me after watching the team the last few years and seeing where we are now that a HUGE step towards putting the final pieces in the puzzle for this team would be establishing a few role players. I know, I know, we still need a point guard and probably a better center but hear me out. There are some incredibly talented players on this team that have some very big holes in their game. If we've got a coaching staff that can convince a few players to accept a much smaller role than they probably believe they're capable of I believe the team will take a giant step towards being an elite team. I'll list a few players: 1.) Michael Beasley - The guy is a scoring machine with tons of everything he needs to be great on offense short of a bit of fine tuning on his decision making.
