Sixers back to winning ways with blowout win over Wizards - 120-89

The Sixers responded beautifully with a big win after a tough loss against the Knicks who ended the Sixers winning streak. Home cooking was the formula to easily handle the Wizards winning 120-89. Jodie Meeks was lights out from all over the court as he finished with a game high 26 points, hitting 10-11 from the field which included 6 threes. Lou Williams also played well and was a strong contributor off the bench scoring 19 points and dishing off 6 assist. The Sixers continue to get well balanced scoring as they had 7 players score in double figures.For the Wizards, Rashard Lewis had 16 points off the bench and John Wall struggled scoring only 7 points. The Wizards are off to a horrible start at their record is now 1-10. The Sixers will play the Wizards against in a back-to-back at Washington. Tip off starts at 7:00 PM EST.
