Sixers trade Willie Green & Jason Smith to Hornets for Songaila & Brackins

The Philadelphia 76ers pulled off a trade with the New Orleans Hornets as they traded long time Sixer guard Willie Green and forward/center Jason Smith for forwards Darius Songaila and Craig Brackins. Rod Thorn who recently became the Sixers President made the move to continue to build a quality bench. With the move, the Sixers get bigger in the frontcourt and unclogged the crowded backcourt with moving Green.
