Josh Howard has decided to leave after two injury-plagued seasons in Washington to join the Utah Jazz, according to two sources with knowledge of the situation. Howard met with the Jazz in North Carolina and agreed to a deal this afternoon. Terms were not disclosed. He was also considering the Wizards, San Antonio, Portland and New Jersey.
