Spurs Play Stand-By at The Orleans Airport All Night

Ain't karma a bitch? LOL. After doing the Hornets on their home floor, the Spurs rallied the troops after the press got their pound of flesh and headed for Louis Armstrong airport. Once they got there though, the plane was having mechanical difficulties. To add insult to injury (or as I call it KARMAC JUSTICE), to the mix, there was a convention of cable nerds hoarding all the hotel rooms in town and thus, they were forced to either sleep on the plane or move to buses on the tarmac for the rest of the night while the plane got fixed. They finally LEFT N.O. about 6:30am and arrived in L.A. at about 7am... no doubt stuff and tired. I guess you could call this episode: "Popovich's Best Laid Plans Gone Bad". :-) LAKERS IN 6, BITCHES.
