The San Antonio Spurs, four months removed from a jarring loss in the seventh game of the NBA Finals, will return to the AT&T Center for a preseason tune up against Russian powerhouse CSKA Moscow on Oct. 9.    The official seven-game preseason spate includes three other home games against the Phoenix Suns (Oct. 13, 1:30 p.m.), Orlando Magic (Oct. 22, 7:30 p.m.) and Houston Rockets (Oct. 24, 7:00 p.m.). It also includes a mini road trip in between, with three games in six nights, beginning with the Denver Nuggets (Oct. 14, 8:00 p.m.), Atlanta Hawks (Oct. 17, 6:30 p.m.) and concluding with the defending champion Miami Heat (Oct. 19, 6:30 p.m.) All times are central.   Ticket purchasing info is available via Spurs.com:   Preseason tickets will be available to purchase online at Spurs.com or ATTCenter.com beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 6. Tickets may also be purchased by calling (210) 225-TEAM or at the AT&T Center Southeast Box Office Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or on weekend event days starting at Noon.   All preseason games will be aired live on WOAI-AM 1200 AM with Bill Schoening calling the action and preseason home games will be broadcast in Spanish on KCOR-AM 1300 with Paul Castro handling the play-by-play.
