The San Antonio Spurs were ahead of the Oklahoma City Thunder by 20 points after the first quarter, but the Thunder came on strong in the fourth quarter, before the Spurs regained their composure in the game's final seconds to walk away with a 109-104 victory Sunday. Both teams shot well from the floor for the game, as Oklahoma City shot 51.8% (44-85) while San Antonio completed 51.3% (41-80) of the their shot attempts.
