It was a game that many thought might be a blowout. The Cardinals, after all, weren?t supposed to make it the Super Bowl in the first place. It wound up being a classic. What looked like a possible blowout by the Steelers turned into a dogfight in the end with fantastic play after fantastic play. The fourth quarter may go down as one of the greatest in Super Bowl history with the game being decided with less than a minute to play. To start with, Kurt Warner and Larry Fitzgerald hooked up for a 64 yard touchdown play that, if that had been the end of the game, would have marked the biggest comeback win in Super Bowl history, putting the Cardinals up 23-20 after penalty call in the endzone got them within four points. The Steelers took over with 2:47 to go. The game had all the shades of the NFC Championship game two weeks prior between the Eagles and Cardinals. The unthinkable had happened with the comeback.
