Taylor Rejoins Dolphins. Signs 1-year, $1.5M Contract

Jason Taylor has agreed to a $1.5 million, one-year contract with the Miami Dolphins, NFL.com reports. Taylor spent his first 11 seasons with the Dolphins before being traded a year ago to the Washington Redskins after a rift occurred with Bill Parcells over his stint on "Dancing With the Stars." Parcells was upset that he chose to be in Hollywood rather than with his teammates during off-season workouts, but the two have since reconciled their differences. The New England Patriots were also interested in the 34-year-old six-time Pro Bowler and former 2006 Defensive Player of the Year, but he ultimately decided to return to South Florida where he resides.
