The Advantage of Sam I Am

We have all thought about the obvious advantages of having Sam Cassell here for the stretch run. We would have a big veteran PG to deal with Chauncey Billups. We would have a true PG to handle the point guard duties when Rondo isn't on the floor. But, there is another advantage to having Sam here and that is mentoring the Rondo and Pruitt, the point guards of the future. Take a look at what Sam can offer to teach our young point guards. Think about it. Sam putting on a point guard clinic in practices and Ray Allen continuing his shooting clinics. And PJ Brown working with our young bigs. PJ had just been signed on Wednesday and in one time out, he already pulled Perk aside and was giving him some instruction. The signing of Sam Cassell will officially plug the very last hole in this team. I can't wait until Monday when it will be official. Waivers always make me nervous. Very exiting stuff.
