The Commissioner shuts down a deal, diverts Chris Paul to the team that shares the same gym with the Lakers instead, Team Kobe Bryant drops two straight games to Lob City and presto — we have a rivalry. Or do we? At any rate, what we do have is some major high school level cattyness going on between the two franchises, that spilled out during this piece for the LA Times.
