The Bulls are already locked and loaded for the 2011-12 season.  I can see them maybe bringing in a couple of veteran players to sit at the end of the bench, but that’s about all they need.  The only position that is a weakness for the Bulls right now in shooting guard, but they can get by with some combination of Keith Bogans, Kyle Korver and Ronnie Brewer at the position.

Derrick Rose Drops a Left Handed Half Court Shot

You might have heard of Derrick Rose, he is pretty good at basketball. In this video, Derrick shows us how awesome he is by easily sinking a half court shot…left handed. Sure it might have taken him 3 attempts, and he air balled the first two, but I would like to see you accomplish this same feat! The MVP has slid under the radar this offseason, so hopefully this clip of...

Brian Scalabrine Looks Impressive While Playing in Italy During NBA Lockout (Video)

Plenty of NBA players are staying in shape during the NBA lockout by playing overseas. The change in leagues seems to be helping out former Celtic Brian Scalabrine, who is playing in Italy with Benetton Treviso of Serie A. The highlight video below, taken from a recent game against Avellino, shows Scal tearing it up. He's grabbing rebounds and knocking down long-range jumpers...

Brian Scalabrine Scores 18 Points For Italian Team

I didn’t even know Scal was playing overseas, so this video came as a surprise to me.  I wasn’t surprised to see him draining threes and even driving to the basket for a left-handed layup, though.  There’s a reason why he made it to the NBA, and isn’t his dancing abilities.  Scal was clearly at a huge disadvantage athletically when playing against NBA talent...

The Chicago Bulls are loaded at point guard for the 2011-12 season

The Chicago Bulls are loaded at point guard heading into the 2011-12 season.  23-year old Derrick Rose is the reigning MVP of the NBA.  He played in 81 games (all starts) for the Bulls last year and he averaged 37.4 minutes, 25.0 points, 4.1 rebounds, 7.7 assists and 1.0 steal per game.  Rose has now played in 240 games (239 starts) in his first three years with the Bulls and...

Spaghetti Western Brian Scalabrine

Like the man with no name from a Sergio Leone Spaghetti Western. Benetton Treviso gun for hire Brian Scalabrine lights up Avellino of the Euroleague for 18 points, 3 rebounds, 1 steal in 34 minutes of work — and it wasn’t even in garbage time! For the first ever B.Scal highlights I’ve ever witnessed, he definitely went H.A.M or at least Prosciutto on Avellino. H/N Deadspin

Here’s Video Of Scottie Pippen Killing A Fly On Michael Jordan’s Head

According to the caption in the video, this is from Game 4 of the 1993 Eastern Conference Finals featuring Scottie and Michael’s Bulls against the New York Knicks in the game where MJ went off, scoring 54 points. In an act of loyalty and kindness, Pippen cleanly dispatches of a fly which had landed on [...]
