The Knicks trade Jamal Crawford to Golden State for Al Harrington...

Ric Bucher, just confirmed on ESPN that Donnie Walsh and the Knicks Organization have traded their leading scorer Jamal Crawford for the much unhappy Al Harrington of the Golden State Warriors. I understand that by making this trade it frees up cap space for the possibility of going after LeBron James in 2010,Harrington who has played in only 5gms this season and is averaging 12.4ppg and 5.6rpg,also Harrington has missed the last 6gms with a back injury,Well we know who's getting the better half of this deal already? Donnie Walsh is looking towards the future and it might pay off,but it doesn't it just makes the Knicks Organization look like fools.. Golden State gets a versatile guard though not a pure point guard but another legitimate scorer in Crawford, who should blossomin Don Nelson's Run'N'Gun offense..besides that when Monta Ellis returns from his injury and suspension it may be the extra boost the Warriors need to compete in the Western Conference..
