It appears that not everyone associated with the Oklahoma City Thunder is thrilled about the Derek Fisher acquisition. Fisher signed with the Thunder on February 25th, following his sudden exit from the Dallas Mavericks due to family reasons in December.  Fisher hasn’t had much of an impact since signing, averaging just 3.3 points per game with one assist, while shooting 30 percent from the field and 33 percent from the 3-point line in 14 games. The folks over at Bleacher Report, have noticed a trend emanating from the Thunder’s Stats and Info twitter account, where from the day he’s signed, they’ve been posting some negative tweets about him. This tweet was sent out the day he signed. Fisher wore 37 last year for OKC because of his age. Wondering if he will wear 38 this time around. — Thunder Stats & Info (@ThunderStats) February 25, 2013 Since the point guard’s arrival he’s been taking minutes away from fan favorite Reggie Jackson, so they sent out this tweet. Per 36 Min: Fisher last year: 9.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists – Jackson this year: 12.2 points, 6.3 rebounds, 4.8 assists. — Thunder Stats & Info (@ThunderStats) February 27, 2013 On the night Derek Fisher joined the Thunder, Reggie Jackson set a new career-high of 14 points. — Royce Young (@dailythunder) February 28, 2013 Fisher continued to receive substantial playing time although his production didn’t warrant it, so they posted this. From Elias: Derek Fisher shouldn’t be playing 10-15 minutes a game. — Thunder Stats & Info (@ThunderStats) March 21, 2013 The NBA record for the most games in a season with at least 4 FG attempts and 0 points is 7. In only 13 games for OKC, Fisher already has 4. — Thunder Stats & Info (@ThunderStats) March 23, 2013 The latest and funniest tweet came a few days ago in the game where Kevin Durant tackled the fan who made the $20,000 halfcourt shot. Derek Fisher in his last 5 games is 0-14 from the field. Thunder fans in the last 6 homes games are 2-6 from half court. — Thunder Stats & Info (@ThunderStats) March 25, 2013 If I were Derek Fisher, I’d have food brought in from outside, just to be safe.
