Blaze of Love:
We're not getting a lot of info or confirmation on this situation but it appears that Sergio Rodriguez will be dealt to the Knicks on draft night. The rest of the details have yet to be released but the Knicks definitely have the 8th overall pick which could bring the Blazers a young point guard. (Steph Curry, Brandon Jennings, Johnny Flynn and Ty Lawson to name a few.)
I'm still standing by the thought that the last thing the Blazers need is another young "prospect." The team is good enough to make a deep run next year with the addition of a veteran. Bayless is years away from making a difference and drafting another rookie point guard will not help his situation or the rest of the team's.
This is easily one of the weakest drafts in NBA history, so why worry about making a significant move in it?
