PLAYERS: Ty Lawson
TEAMS: Denver Nuggets
Cue the music.  Move it like Bern is happening.  Has been way too long since I moved it like Bern so I think today is a good day to do it.  Ty Lawson creates enough space to put a shot up over Thabo for the win.  Just the Nuggets quietly sneaking up the Western Conference ranks.  Iggy is playing better. No big deal here. Move it like Bern.

JaVale McGee leads the Denver Nuggets in the 'Harlem Shake' (Video)

The Denver Nuggets have just released their version of the "Harlem Shake", filmed in their weight room and led by JaVale McGee wearing a Predator mask. H/T TNLP. Visit us at holdoutsports.com and follow us on Twitter @HoldoutSports.

Ty Lawson’s Game-Winner (and Bernie) Versus Thunder (Video)

The Denver Nuggets went into the fourth quarter with a 10-point lead on the Oklahoma City Thunder, but couldn’t get as many fast-break points as they did earlier in the game. Thus with less than 17 seconds to go, Denver’s point guard, Ty Lawson, dribbles the ball, and hits a long-range two-pointer to seal a [...]The post Ty Lawson’s Game-Winner (and Bernie) Versus Thunder ...

Durant hits shot of the year vs. Nuggets

Some things you just have to see to believe. Case-in-point...the insane circus shot that Kevin Durant hit Friday night in Denver against the Nuggets. Now, we all know that the air is thinner in the Mile High City, which could be the only possible explanation for the amount of hang time Durant achieve this "Shot of the Year" candidate. Starting at the top of the left...

Andre Iguodala Admits That He Hates Going to Clubs Because of Loud Music, Comments on Fashion

Remember, folks, not all NBA players follow the Kris Humphries stereotype. Recently the Denver Nuggets’ Andre Iguodala sat down for an interview with GQ which, while largely sticking to basketball, does get into some off-topic subjects with the guard. So beyond learning what it’s like to play in the thin air of Denver and what Iguodala thinks of Jrue Holiday as a player, we also...

Another day, another “Harlem Shake” video; Denver Nuggets style

At this point if you’re taking the time out to view another Harlem Shake video, you’re not looking at the overall scope of the video. You can’t, because the Heat KILLED it with theirs. Blew up the model, it’s almost a waste of time. What’s fun to check out now is the individual performances. You get to take a mini-deep dive into the psyche of that person and ponder, ...

Denver Nuggets Are Rising As A Dark Horse Candidate Come Playoff Time

The Denver Nuggets haven’t been that successful in the postseason; to be honest they have resembled a team of mediocrity once playoffs begin due to the slowed tempo, tightened defenses, and half-court setting.  They have struggled with shaking the “first-and-done” stereotype from their repertoire.  Could this be the year they move to the semifinals? Perhaps.  The key ...

JaVale McGee is an “over-thinker” according to Andre Iguodala

JaVale McGee is most noticeable for his Shaqtin’-A-Fool highlights back when he was in Washington, and for the hilarity displayed on his twitter account; thus it seems sensical that people assume JaVale McGee doesn’t meet their intellectual standard.  However, Andre Iguodala believes, if anything, McGee is an over-thinker:  JaVale McGee is one of the smartest [...]The post...

McGee stars in Harlem Shake vid from Nuggets

If the Miami Heat Harlem Shake Video was Beyonce, the Nuggets version would be that girl in the original Destiny’s Child with the purple hair. There is a reason I can’t remmeber her name. Thankfully, JaVale McGee saves the day slightly.

Denver Nuggets Join In On The Harlem Shake Craze

The Raptors, Heat and even Shaq & the Inside the NBA crew have given their renditions of the Harlem Shake – and now the Denver Nuggets join in on the recent craze sweeping through the league:

Nuggets Mascot Gets Security Team In Place To Prevent Westbrook Block

The Denver Nuggets mascot came prepared for Russell Westbrook on Friday night.  Prior to the game, Rocky the mascot, tried to settle things with the Thunder guard who didn’t pay him a shred of attention.  More importantly, in the second half, Rocky brought a security detail for his traditional half court shot attempts that was blocked last time the Nuggets and Thunder met by Westbrook.

Thunder-Nuggets Preview

Though the Oklahoma City Thunder score more than any other team in the NBA, it might be an improving defense that proves to be the difference in their title chase. Friday night will see that defense face a tough test when the Thunder host the Denver Nuggets, whose high-octane attack has been bolstered by Ty Lawson's emergence as a dynamic scorer. Oklahoma City (42-15) leads...
