The world is seeing the 2011-2012 NBA season crumble and quite possibly collapse as players and owners continue their fight for a new CBA.
So how appropriate is it to see Los Angeles Clippers' Blake Griffin and Minnesota Timberwolves' Kevin Love play Jenga where the object of the game is to not see the pieces crumble.
Check out Griffin and Love battle it out in a new commercial for the popular game Jenga.
From Love's "style points" to Griffin's "Jenga dunk" the video is just a reminder of two NBA stars fans might not get to see in action should the entire season get axed.
Of course the commercial ends with the blocks tumbling down. Quite similar to the NBA.

Blake Griffin is trying to sell you a Kia Optima again!
In this new car commercial, Blake visits a hair salon and uses his charm and ball spinning ability to impress a complaining female customer. After the spinning ball comes to a complete stop and magically stays on his finger, Griffin jumps in a Kia and gets his funk on. The funniest part of this clip has to be the awkward...

Eddy Curry might be the poster boy for the NBA lockout, but Larry Hughes should probably be in the team picture.
Hughes spent 12 seasons in the league. His career averages (14.2 ppg, 3.2 apg, 4.2 rpg) are ok, but not spectacular. His career shooting percentage (40.7%) is awful when you consider his job was to shoot the ball. But he did have a couple of years where he played...
The NBA season is upon us... or at least it would be if this lockout were not going on. Nobody is quite certain when the NBA season will start. But if the collective bargaining agreement gets figured out soon, we will see a flurry of moves to make up for our lost offseason. So, with that in mind, it is time to begin opening the book on the 2011-12 season and to take a look at what...
Newspaper beat writers are hurting for content, but their employers have some of the deepest archives around to fall back on. There's no telling what kind of notable stuff might have come up 23 years ago during some random game against the Jazz.

NBA players filed an antitrust complaint against the league in Minnesota and plan to file another complaint in California later Tuesday.
The first antitrust suit vs. the NBA was filed in Minneapolis, where NFL players had some level of success in a similar court proceeding this summer.
