Taking Bad Schotz:
This past weekend we finally saw some feistiness from Team USA. There were a few scuffles with the Argentina national team in what was supposed to be a “friendly” exhibition. One of the main enforcers for Argentina was none other than former Houston Rocket Luis Scola.
Now, if Team USA wants to make Scola pay, there is one simple move they can make: pickup fullback point guard Derek Fisher. You might be thinking, but Derek Fisher sucks now. This may be true, but the man is pure strength and never backs down. More importantly, Fisher absolutely decked Scola when the Lakers and Rockets played each other in the postseason a few years ago.
That brings us to this week’s Video of the Week. We all saw Derek Fisher wreck LeBron in last year’s playoffs, so just imagine what he could do to weaker Scola. The power forward thought he would be setting a hard screen on Fisher, but little did he know that he would be receiving what looks like a hit from an NFL linebacker.

In the second quarter, Argentina pushed the ball down court on a fast break and thought they had an easy two points when Russell Westbrook came like a bat out of hell to pull a “LeBron” and deny the dunk. Westbrook rejected the ball off the backboard so hard, it flew back out to the three-point line before touching...

Don’t expect this team to be the high scoring, fast-breaking, free-wheeling Suns of old. Do expect the [...]

Long before the d-bags in Miami were rocking black uniforms and acting like jerks, Charles Barkley and the Phoenix Suns rocked the cleanest black jerseys in pro sports. If the mechanics of a reported three-team trade discussion are accurate and the deal occurs, the Phoenix Suns would be going smaller and larger at the same time.
And, most importantly, they'd continue getting a bit younger and more skilled.
According to a Twitter report from Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo!Sports, the Suns would send Robin Lopez and Hakim Warrick to the New Orleans...
The Suns will sign P.J. Tucker to a two-year contract with partial guarantees on the first year.
The Hornets are attempting to execute a sign-and-trade with the Suns for Robin Lopez.
We have already gone over our list of the top ten 2013 unrestricted NBA free agents. Here are the best restricted free agents who are scheduled to hit the market next summer.
