The NCAA No. 13-ranked Wisconsin Badgers had a big test against No. 10-ranked North Dakota this weekend ... and they lost twice. Frustrations abounded, but none were more apparent than those of co-captain Craig Smith in this strange moment on Saturday night that earned laughs on the ice and YouTube giggling: Smith took a delay of game penalty, which gave UND a power play, and a 3-1 lead because of it.
