Back in the day, nobody in the NBA could claim to be a better dunker than Vince Carter. He’s certainly lost a few steps over the years, and is now a role player for the struggling Dallas Mavericks. Once in a while, he’ll still show us a flash of his old self. That’s exactly what we got here, when he dunked on the Spurs’ Kawhi Leonard. You can watch the clip below: Remember when these kind of plays used to be a nightly thing for Carter? He was the Blake Griffin of his time, making Sportscenter seemingly every night with the highlight dunks. For now, we’ll have to settle on the once in a while flashbacks from Vince. -Mark Evans, Assistant Manager/Editor of Content Follow us on Twitter The post Vince Carter Dunks On Kawhi Leonard appeared first on Pass The Pill.

Vince Carter Dunks on Kawhi Leonard

Vince Carter one of the best all time dunkers in NBA history prove he still has something left in the tank with his highlight dunk the other night. The Mavericks got destroyed by the Spurs but the play of the night went to Carter, who dunked on Kawhi Leonard. I think Carter should do 1 more NBA dunk contest before he retires. Video: Looney Tunes cartoon once again gives Spurs' Ginobili a shout out

It seems the writers for the animated cartoon "Looney Tunes" must be fans of San Antonio Spurs' Manu Ginobili. During a recent episode of the kid's cartoon show, once again "Lola Bunny" showed her affection for Manu by having a part in a play based on Ginobili which was to be played by "Speedy Gonzales." Makes sense seeing how both are quite...

Veteran, gritty Spurs humble host Bucks

Bucks prevent blowout, make Spurs work for victory

For one half of basketball on Wednesday, it seemed as if the San Antonio Spurs were going to not only extend their six-game winning streak to seven, but they might also get to rest their starters in blowout fashion as the Spurs went into halftime against the Milwaukee Bucks leading by 17 points. The Spurs did win Wednesday 117-110, but the second half was a battle as the Bucks...

Duncan scores 28 to lead Spurs over Bucks 117-110

By Andrew Wagner, The Sports Xchange MILWAUKEE -- On the final box score, it was a close game. Very close. Close enough that one might think San Antonio’s biggest lead -- 21 points -- was a typo. But the San Antonio Spurs’ 117-110 victory over the Bucks on Wednesday at the BMO Harris Bradley Center wasn’t close at all. The Spurs’ seventh consecutive victory -- though...
