When asked about the play after the game, Wade had this to say: “It was a punk play…He clotheslined me” Ray Allen was the first player to accompany Wade after the play, and you can probably imagine he said something like, “See what I mean?” Here is footage of the play, which occurred with 17 seconds left in the fourth quarter: It will be interesting to see if the league office gives Rondo a call about this play, and this is probably just the beginning of many intense battles between these two team.
