Waiters had missed the team’s last two games due to an illness that coincided with the team holding a “players only” meeting following their 29-point loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. Waiters will be available for this Wednesday’s contest against the Washington Wizards. Head coach Mike Brown was non-committal when asked if Waiters would start. The second-year guard is averaging 13.3, 3.1 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game.
