European Derrick Rose. Signed.
The Warriors signed guard Nemanja Nedovic, who was selected with the 30th overall pick in the first round, the team announced Tuesday after reaching a buyout agreement with Lietuvos Rytas of the Lithuanian A League.
The Warriors acquired Nedovic’s draft rights from the Phoenix Suns in exchange for the draft rights to the 29th pick and guard Malcolm Lee, both of whom Golden State had acquired earlier in the draft. Nedovic is currently with the Warriors’ summer-league squad in Las Vegas and is expected to play in the team’s game on Saturday before returning to Serbia to fulfill commitments with his national team. The Warriors anticipate that Nedovic will join the team at training camp, which is scheduled to begin on September 29.
Nedovic, 22, has played professionally in Europe for four seasons, most recently with Lietuvos Rytas, where he posted averages of 11.1 points, 2.4 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 18 games. In 10 Euroleague contests, he averaged 9.8...

By the way, I was going to paste the heads of all...

Because the Internet has no life, somebody who probably should be bought a beer put together a supercut of all the “best” bench celebrations from the past NBA season. As you probably have surmised, the Warriors — chiefly, Kent Bazemore – figure prominently in the video. And yet, for some reason, “Bazmoring” is nowhere to be found. What a let down.

Mark Jackson will not be a lame duck coach next season.
The Golden State Warriors picked up the option on Jackson's contract for the 2014-15 season on Wednesday. While both sides could still work out a long-term extension this summer, exercising the option at least ensures Jackson won't enter the upcoming season with an expiring contract.

The Warriors presumably targeted Douglas for his defensive ability as he is not a traditional point guard.
