Jason Whitney Metta World Peace was at it again in Detroit as he threw a sneaky punch at the Pistons’ Brandon Knight Metta World Peace certainly does not disappoint. Only Metta World Peace would throw a sneaky jab while initiating the contact. Best of all, this all happened at Detroit’s Palace of Auburn Hills arena. We all remember the “Malice of the Palace” infamous brawl that took place while Peace was a member of the Indiana Pacers and went by his original name of Ron Artest. Metta was given a flagrant foul on the play, while Detroit’s Jason Maxiel came to the defense of his teammate. Both teams would return to their bench as a timeout was called eliminating further tensions. Probably a good thing considering Peace’s past with Detroit.
