The Indiana Pacers were able to pull out a much needed win against the Detroit Pistons, and one of the main reasons was because of this ridiculous shot by Paul George. George shot the ball because the shot clock was slow to reset and he was in mid-shot when it finally did. Luckily, he was able to sink the shot, and put the Pacers back up by four late in the fourth quarter. WATCH: Paul George makes 40-foot 3-pointer

The Detroit Pistons actually played a pretty decent game Wednesday, pushing the Indiana Pacers to the limit on the road. Of course, it’s always one step forward and a dozen steps back for this franchise right now, so … this is what happened with the Pistons down a point late in the fourth quarter: That’s Paul George from the front of Indiana’s center-court logo, swishing...

The taking of this photo of Paul George and his dog shows a lot of balls … literally (pic)

In an example of best intentions can have horribly unfortunate and unintended consequences, Indiana Pacers star Paul George believed he simply was posting an innocent photograph of he and his dog, Ace, to his Instagram account. Little did he know how an unplanned candid shot of the loyalty of man’s best friends can go in […] The post The taking of this photo of Paul George and...

Indiana Pacers Damaging Team Chemistry That Made Them So Dangerous

The Indiana Pacers entered the 2013-14 NBA season with really one thing in mind—securing the No. 1 seed to ensure any Game 7 take place on their court. For some time, it appeared as though they were well on their way to securing that first seed. Indiana was playing some of the best basketball in the NBA, holding a sizable standings lead over a Miami Heat fresh off three grueling...

Indiana Pacers: Attitude check

The Indiana Pacers own the Eastern Conference’s second best record, have clinched their division for the second consecutive year, were the first NBA team to 50 wins this season, and are within one game of the Miami Heat for home court advantage in the playoffs. Yet in the Pacers’ locker room, the team is at “rock bottom,” according to a recent Indianapolis Star article detailing...

Paul George Launches From Terre Haute... And Makes...

((HT: NBA TV))There would be only two reasons the HQ would show this...A make or a laughable miss...He made the former from, about, 35-feet...No, it wasn't a continuation from the conversation of last night's selfishness on the floor from the Pacers...The play-by-play was right... the shot clock was down to two and hadn't reset...Nice launch...

The Indiana Pacers are picking the wrong time to implode. The Pacers wrre blown out by the San Antonio Spurs Monday night, 103-77 for their 18th win in a row. Report: George Hill & Lance Stephenson Had To Be Separated During A Team Huddle

It appears that the Indiana Pacers are having some trouble in the locker room. Roy Hibbert did not name names, but called some of his teammates selfish after getting eight shots in the team’s loss to the Wizards on Friday, and now ESPN is reporting that George Hill and Lance Stephenson got into it and had to be separated by teammates during a huddle in the second half of Monday’s...

Tempers flare as Pacers fall to Raptors 102-94

TORONTO -- Late in the third quarter Friday night, some jostling between John Salmons and Paul George turned into a shoving match. The dust-up brought the cheering crowd at the Air Canada Centre to its feet and earned both players matching technical fouls. But even more, said Salmons, it showed that the Toronto Raptors won't be pushed around. Terrence Ross led the way with 24...

Pacers finally play well, beat Pistons 101-94

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves here. It’s just one game, but at this point, the Indiana Pacers will take it. After scoring more than 80 in just one of their last six games, the Pacers finally played unselfish basketball tonight, sharing the ball, driving and dishing, screening, boxing out and making cuts en route to a 101-94 victory over the visiting Detroit Pistons, snapping...

Frank Vogel: “Guys Should Never Air In House Stuff To The Media”

The Indiana Pacers have been on a downward spiral of late, losing 6 of their last 9 games. The losing is obviously unacceptable for a team looking to claim the top seed in the east, but what’s even more concerning is the drama within the locker room. Roy Hibbert decided to blast some of his teammates the other day. As you could imagine, Pacers head coach Frank Vogel didn’t take...

Bobcats Best the Best, Beat Pacers by 22

(Photo Courtesy Jeff Siner – Charlotte Observer) Still struggling through the adversity of a 61 point effort by LeBron James just a few nights prior the Charlotte Bobcats knew they had to rebound fast before things began to get out of hand. Continuing an unneeded losing streak after a rough road trip would only hurt their possible higher playoff seeding. Who was the team...

Pacers make it hard on themselves, still hand 76ers franchise losing streak record

The Indiana Pacers just completed what was perhaps the most uninspiring 4-game winning streak in franchise history after barely holding on to down the 76ers, 99-90. The game was as close as 3 points with just under 3 minutes to go before the Pacers buckled down and hit a few big shots to seal the game, including an emphatic Paul George and-one slam to send Philly to a franchise record...
