I wonder: Could Steve Francis turn out to be an ideal barganining chip to make a sign-and-trade deal for Seattle's Rashard Lewis? Booooyah!!!! With the Sonics trading Ray Allen to Boston Thursday night that leaves Damien Wilkins and Wally Szerbiak as their shooting guards. Francis can pull the trigger much more efficiently than eiither. This article says "the Sonics have less need to retain Lewis, but they would certainly like to get something in return for him once he becomes a free agent." Francis fills the bill.
