Worst Starting Point Guards in the NBA

Jason Williams/Chris Quinn? these two guards have almost equal times they have started and all they bring are bunch of loses and inconsistencies. Anthony Carter ? Anthony is a great backup guard for any team but as a starting guard? I don't know. Maybe he is in Denver team Dan Dickau/Brevin Knight ? They are guards who do not seem to strike fear on their opponents. Sebastian Telfair ? Well many people say that this can be great if he has talent around him. Why? Does he have no talent in Minny? Earl Watson ? Earl Watson is a backup guard that happens to start. Well he's averaging 9.9 points a game, not bad, but not good for a starting guard. Who's your pick?
