For Thanksgiving this year, I will say that I am thankful that Rasheed Wallace is back in my life. This is why it's important that Rasheed continues to play basketball, even if its for 10 minutes per game because no one else can bring this must confusion and awesomeness rolled into one than the Ball Don't Lie himself.
I kind of like the nickname Aflac for Arron Afflalo. Haven't heard this nickname before so if Rasheed invented it, that makes this even better. If he didn't, well he's just giving support to his opponent who needed a boost after that missed free throw.
In other news, Hasheem Thabeet is challenging Rasheed Wallace as the most recognizable spot on your head. Rasheed of course has the famous white spot, well Hasheem has an orange spot. (Photo after the jump.)

The biggest question in the NBA that begs to be answered right now is ‘are the New York Knicks for real?’
We know they were one of the better teams in the Eastern Conference, but are they one of the best teams in that group?

The Knicks have only...

REPOAST FROM KNICKS NOW JR SMITH: THE SPARK
Throughout a grueling 82-game NBA season, a team will often suffer through droughts, appear lackadaisical, or simply fall on a night in which it was expected to win. This is exactly why every elite squad relies on a spark.
J.R. Smith is...
Basketball, particularly high level basketball, is ostensibly a half-court game. You can try to push the pace and you can try to score in transition, but the majority of your points will come in half-court sets.
Particularly late in close games, offense and scoring becomes more about exploiting matchups and creating plays when defenses begin to lock in.
The Magic knew with...
