Toronto Raptors center Aaron Gray underwent a surgical procedure Monday to correct recurring episodes of a rapid heart rate.
Gray is expected to be able to return to the court following the procedure - termed an ablation - at Toronto's Sunnybrook Hospital.

Raptors C Gray ruled out indefinitely with heart condition
Toronto Raptors center Aaron Gray has been ruled out indefinitely as he undergoes additional tests for a rapid heart rate.

Raptors officials said Gray was being monitored for the condition.

Raptors agree to deal with C Gray
The Toronto Raptors reportedly reached agreement on a one-year contract with center Aaron Gray on Saturday.
The 7-foot Gray appeared in 41 games with the New Orleans Hornets last season, averaging 3.2 points and 4.2 rebounds.
A second-round pick of the Chicago Bulls in 2007, he has averaged 3.6 points and 3.5 rebounds in parts of five seasons.
