Houston Rockets center Brad Miller underwent microfracture surgery on his left knee in mid-May and is expected to miss six months of action.

Miller returns to the West
Brad Miller, who was Chicago’s backup center last year, is a Rocket. Miller and the Rockets have agreed to a 3 year deal worth $15 million.
The 12 year veteran is returning to the western conference after a year and a half hiatus as a Chicago Bulls. Before being traded to the windy city, Miller played for the Sacramento Kings for five and a half years.

Miller and Warrick finding new teams
The Chicago Bulls have not signed any of the players with expiring contracts that were on their roster before July 1st.
A couple of these players have been pursued by other teams. Brad Miller has been contacted by the Boston Celtics and Hakim Warrick has signed with the Phoenix Suns.
