Darius Songaila Signs with Turkish Team
Songaila saw the opportunity to play in Turkey and took it. After getting burn in only 10 games this season with the Sixers, we really can’t blame him. From Yahoo!: “Sixers FA Darius Songalia signs $1.5 mill, 1yr deal with Turkey Galatasaray, agent Mark Bartelstien said. Wouldve stayed in NBA w/o lockout.”

Evaluating Darius Songaila in 2008-09
Darius Songaila, the coaches dream and a consummate teammate.
