The Indiana Pacers have re-signed center Jeff Foster, the team announced Saturday. The Pacers also signed free agent forward Jeff Pendergraph. Foster has spent all 12 seasons of his career with Indiana, averaging 4.9 points and 6.9 rebounds. He averaged 3.3 points in 56 games last season.
