NEW ORLEANS (AP) The New Orleans Pelicans traded a protected 2016 second-round pick to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday in exchange for Ish Smith, a 2015 protected second-round pick, the rights to forward Latavious Williams and cash considerations. The Pelicans then waived Smith, a 6-foot guard who has appeared in 30 games this season with Oklahoma City, averaging 1.2 points...
