Without Kurt Warner and Anquan Boldin, Larry Fitzgerald hasn't had many reasons to celebrate so far this season.

After taking a look at which quarterbacks and running backs should not be part of your fantasy lineup in Week 8, this week’s sit list is rounded out with a rundown of which pass-catchers need a week off.

Sit

Donald Driver, Green Bay Packers: Driver has had some productive outings this season, and with 28 catches for 307 yards and three touchdowns in his first seven games, he’s on pace for a ninth straight season with at least 50 receptions.

However, those three touchdown receptions all came in Green Bay’s first four games, and after catching four passes for 58 yards in Week 5 and three for 31 in Week 6, Driver, who missed a couple of days of practice last week due to a lingering quad injury, was held without a catch in last Sunday night’s win over Minnesota. His status for this weekend’s visit to the Jets is up in the air, but with him still not near 100% and the Packers going up against the Jets’ tough defense, it’s best to leave him on the bench this week.

Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Cardinals: Oh to be Anquan Boldin right now, with a young stud throwing the ball to him, not to mention being a part of a legitimate title contender. Alas, Fitzgerald only has the ineffective duo of Derek Anderson and Max Hall, and the departure of Boldin can’t be understated either. The end result so far? 29 catches, 331 yards, two touchdowns, and no 100-yard games. This week doesn’t hold a lot of promise, even at home, as the Cardinals have to face a tough Tampa Bay pass defense.

Andre Johnson, Houston Texans: As stated about Matt Schaub in my quarterback sit list, if the Texans go mostly by the same script used to take down the Colts in Week 1, it will mean a relatively slow day for their oft-productive aerial attack, as in the first meeting against Indy, Johnson had only three catches for 33 yards and no touchdowns.

Eddie Royal, Denver Broncos: There’s no guarantee that Royal will suit up against San Francisco in London after suffering a groin injury against Oakland last Sunday, but as if that’s not reason enough to sit him this week, his recent lack of production is. Since catching eight passes for 113 yards and a score against Tennessee in Week 4, he has just nine catches for 94 yards and no touchdowns in his last three games.

Mike Williams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Talent has never been the issue for the former Syracuse star, and he’s shown that by quickly establishing himself as a top target for Josh Freeman, with 28 catches for 365 yards and three scores through six games. This one could go either way, as Arizona’s pass defense can make a big play one drive (seven interceptions, 13 sacks) and give up a big one the next (10 touchdown passes allowed, 227.3 passing yards allowed per game). But the Cardinals are at home, and that tips the scales in the favor of sitting the rookie receiver this week.
