Chris Graythen/Getty ImagesDespite a lingering knee injury, running back Arian Foster
will suit up for the Houston Texans
in their Week 1 regular season-opener versus the Miami Dolphins
Sunday, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter
Foster injured his knee during the team's practice Thursday and will be tested out during the pre-game warm-ups. Coach Gary Kubiak
says that he will be a game-time decision still, but he will likely play.
Foster did well for Houston last season, acclaiming more than 1,200 rushing yards for the second consecutive season to help Houston reach a playoff-berth. However, with quarterback Matt Schaub
back, they can get farther into the season.
Even if Foster struggles, Houston seems fine with Ben Tate
there, too. We'll see how Foster performs with a struggling knee Sunday.Josh Dhani is the founder of FootBasket. You can read more about him at his website. Follow him on Twitter @joshdhani.

The Houston Texans routed the Miami Dolphins 30-10 in NFL week 1 action. Although, no one stood out with a memorable individual performance the Texans overcame a slow start. The defensive line played well, Schaub looked decent in his first start since his foot injury a season ago. Arian Foster only had 79 yards but scored two crucial touchdowns. The Miami Dolphins played well in...
Arian Foster had two touchdown runs, Matt Schaub threw a TD pass to Andre Johnson, and Houston's defense dominated rookie Ryan Tannehill and Miami in the Texans' 30-10 win over the Dolphins on Sunday.

For the entire summer, a topic that seemed to come up a lot among Texans fans was the idea of trading running back Ben Tate, who almost rushed for 1,000 yards in a backup role last year. Most state the reason because they will lose him for nothing in a couple of years anyway, due to being stuck behind Arian Foster.
On paper, that sounds true, but one has to remember that Tate was...

It's good news/bad news for the Indianapolis Colts after week one of the 2012 season. The bad news is that they dropped a 41-21 decision to the Chicago Bears. The good news is that only one of their divisional rivals, the Houston Texans, scored a victory on Sunday.
Houston stumbled out of the gate against the Miami Dolphins, trailing 3-0 after the first quarter. Then...
