What are the Kansas City Chiefs‘ best options with the No. 1 overall pick entering the 2013 NFL Draft? Photo Via NFL Official Facebook Page Albert Breer of NFL Network revealed that the team is down to four possibilities after speaking with general manager John Dorsey at the Chiefs’ headquarters last Monday.  Dorsey wouldn’t disclose who the players are, though he did mention that the Chiefs plan to make a final decision four days before the draft, which kicks into swing Thursday, April 25. The decision isn’t being taken lightly, as Breer noted that the Chiefs’ GM has been meeting with coach Andy Reid three times a day about the pick.  Dorsey also wouldn’t rule out the possibility of trading out of the top pick.
