After San Francisco 49ers running back Brandon Jacobs injured his right knee earlier this month against the Houston Texans, the MRI came back negative.  Jacobs let everyone know on Twitter about the good news.  He received mostly positive responses, but also received some very hatred ones. Jacobs decided to re-tweet five of the hateful messages, which contained offensive words.  Jacobs was asked by Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com why he retweeted the messages. "One person said, 'I hope you die a horrible death.' I tweeted him back saying, 'I'm sure my wife and my kids appreciate that. Have a good day.' It's stuff like that, it's uncalled for. There are some real dumb, stupid people out there."  "I've gotten great support from Giants fans," he said. "I've gotten negative from Giants fans. I've gotten great support from San Francisco fans. And I've gotten some negative from San Francisco fans, as well. "I was on Twitter once before because I didn't know how to handle it. But I figured a way to handle it now, and I like it. . . I'm a little smarter. The people don't ruin my day, by any means. I just deal with it." Jacobs Twitter name is @gatorboy45.
