San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ted Ginn, safety Dashon Goldson and linebacker Patrick Willis are listed as questionable for Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the New York Giants. Ginn has not practiced all week after being knocked out in the second quarter of Saturday's divisional playoff game against the New Orleans Saints with a right knee injury. Goldson left in the third quarter of Saturday's game with an ankle injury, he did not practice on Wednesday and was a limited participant on Thursday and Friday. Willis did not practice on Thursday and was a limited participant on Friday with a knee injury.

Willis is a beast and it will be a big blow for the 49'ers if he can't play or play below 100%.
