San Francisco 49ers punter Andy Lee has been named the NFC Special Teams Players of the Week. Lee had a net average of 49.2 yards on six punts, with four punts placed inside the opponents' 20-yard line, in Monday night's 20-3 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Lee has gone to the Pro Bowl in two of thre last four seasons, Lee is likely headed back to Hawai'i as he leads the NFL with a 44.1-yard net average. Lee joins return specialist Ted Ginn as 49ers players who have been named the Special Teams Player of the Week this season.
