The New York Jets enter the 2013 season with a new General Manager, a new offensive coordinator, the same head coach and for now the same starting quarterback. Darrelle Revis is the target of trade speculation. The Jets are on the wrong side of $19 million over the salary cap. And the Jets have to make the decision on 12 of their own unrestricted free agents. There is really no cause for optimism Gang Green Nation. And there is no reason to believe that the Jets will be a viable player in the free agent market. But speculation being what it is, it is time to speculate what the Jets should do if they happen to get under the salary cap.
