Boley, One of Falcons' Top Tacklers in '07, Charged With Battery
Falcons linebacker Michael Boley, who was one of Atlanta's leading tacklers in 2007, was charged with battery on Saturday, police said. The 25-year-old Boley, who was a fifth-round draft pick in 2005 out of Southern Mississippi, was released on $1,200 bond. "The Falcons organization is aware of the situation and will have no comment at this time," Falcons vice president of football communications Reggie Roberts said. Boley had 110 tackles, four forced fumbles and two interceptions last season for Atlanta.
