Vikings Now:
Vikings special teams ace Heath Farwell (hamstring) is listed as questionable on the injury report released this afternoon. Farwell was limited in practice all week. Starting right guard Anthony Herrera (back) is listed as probable, along with tight end Jim Kleinsasser (left hand). Herrera and Kleinsasser practiced fully today. Linebacker Erin Henderson (calf) is out.
If Farwell is sidelined at Detroit, that would mean the Vikings would be missing two important players on their special teams coverage units, along with Henderson.

Adrian Peterson's 180 yards is the highest total for a Viking running back in the team's first game...

Savvy veteran Favre given free rein in running Vikings' offense
It's clear that just one month into the union between Brett Favre and the Vikings, the 39-year-old's three NFL MVP awards, one Super Bowl ring and numerous passing records have earned him more influence and freedom within the offense than any quarterback to play in Minnesota under coach Brad Childress.
