Filtering Craig gets his wish; Charlie Frye traded to Seattle

The answer to your question is they can get a 6th rounder. Hope this makes someone in Cleveland happy.

I think Frye will be a good number two in Seattle. Maybe Holmgren will do a better job teaching him? Now we begin the Brady Quinn era.

I'd much rather learn about the quarterback position from Holmgren than Crennel.

Amen, if he can make Hasselback a good QB he might work wonders with Frye, of course how much longer will Holmgren be in Seattle?

Does anyone remember Tim Couch??? Quinn=The next Tim Couch. Hi, welcome to Cleveland. Let me help flush your entire career down the toilet. Your welcome. I've been a long time Browns fan...32 years, and until they stop F*cking up their draft picks and making bad decisions, I don't think I'm going to support them for a while.

Jim Rome said almost the same thing today about Couch and Quinn. His take was to let Frye, Anderson etc get the crap beat out of them until the bye week. In his words, "That's what they're there for"

Charlie Frye got a raw deal because of the lack of offensive coordinators. I hope he gets the coaching he needs in Seattle. Still, he wasn't going to do anything here.

The difference between Brady Quinn and Tim Couch is that the Browns have a much better offensive line now. You might not think so because of all the sacks against pittsburgh, but most of those were Charlie Frye's fault for not stepping up in the pocket and getting rid of the ball. Those were supposed to be three step drops and in most cases Frye showed an inability to check down to his other options quickly enough to take what the defense was giving him.

I didn't see the game but I think you're probably right, I think the only reason this is happening is that Savage and Crennel know this is the make or break year.

Thank you very much Cleveland. I have been waiting for the Seahawks to get a back-up QB so they can use Seneca at receiver for a while now. I hope that is the plan.
