The Giants proved they can win without Shockey. If we have a down year this year it won't be because Shockey was traded.

I guess I never realized how bad Shockey is..... I hate to see an athlete like that.....
I actually think the Gmen will be better without him.... allow confidence to grow in Eli and open him up to using the TE more. A disgruntled veteran can really screw a young player without even trying. If veterans realized they could help rookies along my welcoming them instead of treating them like dirt, some teams could really use young players better

I agree. Obviously they can win without him and have a better chemistry without his huge over inflated ego getting in the way of team work. I still think he is a cancer to any team that takes him and will infest a looser's attitude into the Saints locker room by mid season. I could be wrong though. Only time will tell.

I'm glad your happy for now, but I can offer you this advice dont get your hopes up about SHOCKEY hes not what he's craked up to be . His potential is great , but I don't beleive he can stay healthy enough to obtain greatness ! My blessings as a GIANTS fan goes out to the AINT'S but in my opinion this guy fits perfectly , cause he AINT ever gonna stay healhy or keep his big annoying trap shut either .
