McNabb doesn't want to play this weekend, thinks Kolb should play instead

I also want Kolb to play. I want Eagles fans to see that he's not the next great thing and that they're taking a QB like McNabb for granted. Maybe if they see someone else do it, they will be more grateful for what they have in McNabb and I think quietly, that's what McNabb wants too

talk about taking things out of context. mcnabb was expressing that he is a team player and that he had to sit on the bench and that he hopes the eagles do well enough on sunday so that kolb and all the other second and third stringers get to play.

Well, writers like to construe thing for their own purposes..what was the question? I bet the question was.."hey Donovan! What do you think about Kevin Kolb playing next game?" I can see Donovan saying.."I want him to play!" That makes sense to me. I mean he is not going to walk up to a bunch of reporters and say.."Hey you know what? I don't feel like playing next game..let Kevin do it!!"

There are only a select few athletes that would ever not want to play and McNabb is not one of them.

The guy is as good as out of Philly...maybe he will do better somewhere else.
