The latest injury update on Lions running back Kevin Smith is that his prognosis seems to be improving by the hour. After reports earlier today listed Smith's status as uncertain (the dreaded "game time decision), Smith has now reportedly told the Detroit Free Press that he is healthy enough to play on Sunday against the Chicago Bears.
