The Lions signed wide receiver Billy McMullen and released offensive guard Toniu Fonoti on Tuesday.  McMullen was just released by the Seahawks, and with the Lions' wide receivers having a bad case of the injury bug, the team felt it was necessary to add depth to that position. Bryant Johnson finally practiced for the first time this training camp.  He only took part in individual drills for the most part, but that seems to be the Lions' protocol when injured players ...
