I think we could all use a little inspiration this dreary Friday afternoon. Here’s some: Adrian Peterson met the media this afternoon and said his personal goal is “to be back for the first game of the season.” Peterson took the podium without crutches but with a very large brace on his leg. The running back discussed numerous topics including his future rehab plans. He said he doesn’t know yet how much rehabbing he’ll do in Minnesota. He did say he will get the brace off in 2 weeks, then 10-12 weeks after that will begin jogging.
