Many of Adrian Wilson‘s teammates have praised the veteran safety for his work ethic and leadership skills out on the field. It’s easy to see why — Wilson takes football very seriously.
Wilson may lead by example, but he’s also trying to pick up the intricacies of the Patriots’ defense from his teammates.
“I think it’s a good mix [of players],” Wilson said. “Guys plays hard. Guys that have been in the system, so they make it a lot easier on me. Guys have been in the system, they know the system. Just being in the classroom with those guys, being able to sit beside Steve [Gregory], getting to sit beside Devin [McCourty]. Those guys know the playbook. Expectations may be decreased for Tim Tebow as he starts Phase III of his career in New England, but that doesn’t mean headline writers in the region won’t have to step up their game.

New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick isn't ready to give his impressions of Tim Tebow after one practice.

FOXBORO, Mass. — Bill Belichick has faced the Tim Tebow circus and he’s handling the new signal caller just like any other player on the Patriots roster.
Belichick was faced with countless Tebow questions and didn’t give out much information. The most he had to say is that Tebow is a “talented player that’s smart and works hard.”
Belichick saw the media conglomerate and...
If anyone thought that the Patriots wouldn't be able to handle Tim Tebow and all the fanfare he brings with him, they clearly underestimated head coach Bill Belichick's dementor-like ability to suck all the happy-go-lucky feelings out of the room.
Case in point, in Belichick's first press conference since the news broke, he fielded countless questions about Tebow...
The immediate reaction to Monday's news of quarterback Tim Tebow signing with the New England Patriots was filled with eye rolls and grand sarcasm on Twitter.
"The circus" was coming to Foxborough.

My first reaction was this is good for both parties, Tim Tebow needed a place to ply his trade, and the Patriots needed another QB to come in and compete for a job.Though the Patriots already had Ryan Mallet and Mike Kafka on their roster as back up QB...

Donte Stallworth has a simple way of explaining what it's like to be riding in a hot air balloon that clips a power line.
''It felt exactly like the cartoons,'' he said. ''When you see people getting electrocuted on cartoons, that's exactly what it felt like.''
Except that it's not funny. The veteran NFL receiver suffered serious burns...
Tim Tebow is Kakfaesque. Sort of.
Yes, the New England Patriots signing of Tebow yesterday squeezed quarterback Mike Kafka out of the NFL. The Patriots released him yesterday just months after signing him to a futures contract. No reason to write any further about Tebow signing with the Pats, other than mentioning the fact that he’ll likely be QB3 on the depth chart. QB1 is Tom...
Well, that was good for a laugh. The fact that the New England Patriots signed former Jets quarterback Tim Tebow opened a new round of (well-deserved) derision at the Jets front office.
The sports media trolls for sound bites of Tebow bitterness, or hints of Patriots strategy, good luck with that one. They are missing the point. Bill Belichick is the...
According to multiple reports, the New England Patriots worked out former Indianapolis Colts wide reciever Austin Collie on Tuesday. This doesn't come as a surprise as the team is still searching for competition for the wide reciever position for training camp next month. Collie, who was a fourth round draft pick by the Colts in 2009 has had an up and down career when it comes...
